Join me in a 6-week online group program to dig deep into women's health and hormones. We will be discussing and assessing:

- Nutrition - Sex hormones - Thyroid & adrenal hormones (i.e., cortisol) - Gut health & the microbiome - Liver health - Insulin resistance & weight gain - Brain fog - Sleep disturbances - Exercise and bone health

- Six group online 60-minute sessions for week by week guidance, support, and interactive Q&A time - Tuesdays 12pm Pacific Time
- One 60-minute individual consultation
